The RAFM Education Center staff is available 5 days a week to assist with all of your education and training
needs. The Education Specialists provide one-on-one counseling that can cover a diverse range of topics including vocational/technical and professional advisement, education-related military programs, and general education guidance. If you’ve got questions, they have answers!
They also provide informational briefings (at the Education Center or on-location if need be) that focus on subjects important to service members, spouses, dependents, and eligible civilians. The course list is not all-inclusive and briefings can be customized to meet the specific needs of briefing attendees.

The Professional Development Center (PDC) provides resources and tools needed to become self-motivated, competent, highly skilled leaders and followers.
They hold a variety of professional development courses and seminars to assist Team Mildenhall members with personal and professional development.
The PDC can assist members in making the best career decisions, providing individual counseling and briefings, and to let members know what programs and opportunities are available to them at any step of their careers.
