Perhaps you sent a lovely card or sat quietly in a chair. Perhaps you sent a floral piece, if so, we saw it there. Perhaps you spoke the kindest words that any friend could say; Perhaps you were not there at all, just thought of us that day. Whatever you did to console our hearts, We thank you so much whatever the part. The family wishes to extend special thanks to Mr. Arthur Reid of Reid’s New Golden Gate Funeral Home for going the extra mile for us. FINAL ARRANGEMENTS ENTRUSTED TO:

Mother God looked around his garden And found an empty place. He then looked down upon the earth, And saw your tired face. He put His arms around you And lifted you to rest. God’s garden must be beautiful, He always takes the best.
She was blessed with one child in 1961 and relocated to Milwaukee, WI to make a better life for herself and her baby girl, Annette. In Milwaukee, Tommie united with Jordan Missionary Baptist Church.
He knew that you were suffering, He knew that you were in pain. He knew that you would never Get well on earth again.
She was united in holy matrimony to Otha Logwood in 1982.
He saw the road was getting rough And the hills were hard to climb. So He closed your weary eyelids And whispered “Peace be thine.”
Tommie was employed by Briggs and Stratton until she became disabled. In her leisure, she enjoyed time with her great grandchildren, playing solitaire on the computer, and playing cards. She lost most of the time, but she kept playing. On the evening of Thursday, February 5, 2015, Tommie Lee Logwood (AKA Kat) entered into eternal life at Lutheran Home Hospice Care. She went peacefully in her sleep. Tommie Lee leaves to cherish her memory: one daughter, Annette Hall; one grandson, Anthony Hall; two great grandchildren, Cra’mone and Cre’nesha Johnson; two
Great Grandmother There’s magic in a grandmother’s touch And sunshine in her smile. There’s love in everything she does To make our lives worthwhile. We can find both hope and courage Just looking in her eyes. Her laughter is a source of joy, Her words are warm and wise.
It broke our hearts to lose you But you did not go alone… For part of us went with you The day God called you home. Love, Your Daughter
