Tyronza Lee Walker was born on October 20, 1969,

in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Tyronza Lee Triggs and Kathie Walker. Tyronza’s parents provided him with the nurturing and guidance needed to handle life’s challenges. He had an awesome childhood and was raised happily with his siblings. Ty was introduced to Christ at a very young age and became a member of the Church of the Living God in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His mother, Kathie, made sure her children had a spiritual upbringing and that God was the head of the family. Ty attended St. Leo School and later graduating from Vincent High School in 1988. Ty went on to further his education and attended MATC. Ty was employed at Herzing University as an Admission Advisor for the Online Campus. He was a dependable and hard worker. Ty, also known as “Pookey” was an avid lover of sports, but he had a great love for football and basketball. You knew what team he symbolized by the bold colored hat on his head to the colored tennis shoes on his feet. Green and Gold (Green Bay Packers) and Gold and Purple (LA Lakers). If anyone knows Ty, then you know he loved to eat and enjoyed his mom’s home cooked meals, especially fried corn, smothered potatoes, catfish, and cornbread. Ty valued the importance of being a father. He took great pride in being a dad to Shinina, Dominique, Tynesha, and son Mikahli. Ty was a wonderful son, brother, dad, and granddad. He loved spending time with family and friends. He chose to share his light to anyone who was open and willing to enjoy the simple things of life. He loved to laugh and beyond his great big smile was a great big heart whose capacity to love was greater and larger than anything. He lived his life to the fullest and loved deeply. His great sense of humor will live on in all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
