Right now ,I am in the central market of Salcedo where we find the typical food of the region that is the YAHUARLOCRO. The Ecuadorian food is the most deletions. This traditional food come about 80 or 90 year ego. Yaguarlocro is a typical Ecuadorian dish from the Andina region, maid in base of potatoes .It represents the Ecuadorian gastronomy in the word. For preparation of this dish is easier, just need to has ready all the ingredients for to make. Pound of visor sheep Pound of chopped potatoes Litter of the sheep blood Tablespoon of cunin Cloves garlic Peper to taste Cup milk

Fire cook the visor of the sheep with a lot of salt and one chopped onion. Themake a rehash with thebutter onions. Garlic andoregano. Then add the chopped potatoes and the visor until when thepotatoes,milk, salt, and paper totaste. Finally fry the bool with some salt garlic and onions, this traditional foods is the most import toall the people that life here. Because they aren’t some much. The most important here is the change is change people life’s. And de future all the children too.
