URBAN LAB Rebrand
URBAN LAB is a company we’ve watched grow and expand since its beginning. Having outgrown it’s startup roots, we helped bring the brand up to a professional standard.
Up until this project, URBAN LAB was using the old method of coming up with a logo and design that looked cool, and sticking with it. While that worked for a few years, rapid growth meant that it was time to take a deeper look into the brand’s image.
By going deep into the brands identity and image, as well as that of the founders, new visual motifs arose that had ties to what that brand meant, and what it is striving to be.

Process Notes
The process began by breaking down the company to its smallest chunks. This started at the purpose of what they are doing including their What, How, and Why. Expanding on that was figuring out their vision for their future at various milestones. The rest of this phase of the project was developing the brand’s values, target market, and personality.
All of the information gathered during this phase was then translated visually into the brand’s color scheme, typography, logo, and graphic elements. With these guidelines ready as the foundation for the brand image, brand stationary and signage, social media content, as well as a website were created seamlessly.
After figuring out the Brand Identity and Strategy, the largest part of URBAN LAB’s rebrand was its new website.
The site met the needs of the business by providing information on services, products and the company, while also exuding the brand’s new visual style.
One of the key features of the design is a contact form that is effortless to use, while providing rich information to the staff so they know exactly how to meet the client’s needs.

MEDCAiRE Website
As MEDCAiRE expanded its range of healthcare services, it became increasingly important to ensure its website effectively showcased these offerings clearly, and that new clients were greeted with a website that was professional and trustworthy.
While we did not carry out a full-scale Branding Identity project for MEDCAiRE, we made substantial updates to the foundational visual systems. This included implementing a new colour palette and iconography system.

As always, we began by analyzing the existing content and identifying areas for improvement. The revamped website incorporates a wellorganized menu structure, enabling visitors to quickly locate the specific services they require. Through the implementation of concise and visually appealing service descriptions, users can make informed decisions without feeling overwhelmed by excessive information.
Each service now has its dedicated page, complete with comprehensive details and captivating visuals, ensuring a seamless browsing experience for MEDCAiRE’s patients.
A strong brand image is vital in establishing trust and authority within the competitive healthcare landscape. To revitalize MEDCAiRE’s brand presence, we focused on creating a harmonious blend of modern aesthetics and a sense of reliability. Drawing inspiration from contemporary design trends, we produced a visually striking website that resonates with both current and potential patients.
SheaCacao Rebrand
SheaCacao is a company that aims to provide affordable, natural products, utilizing ethical means of production, so that everyone has the opportunity to live a healthier life, using what the earth provides.
In order to secure funding and improve their product placement in larger stores in Canada, SheaCacao came to us to help them re-imagine their brand’s image, and become a brand that was attractive and up to date.
The discovery and branding phase of SheaCacao unveiled the brand’s values, mission and purpose, amongst other things; and made it clear how to tie their core vision with the visual elements of the brand.

OTRO NIVEL Fashion Brand
OTRO NIVEL is a lifestyle brand founded by reggaeton artist PRIMO. Our work involved creating a brand identity based on the artist’s vision, and translating that into the pieces.
While there had been past attempts to create a clothing brand alongside the artist’s own brand, the client wanted them to be taken to the next level, or the “Otro Nivel“.
The collection takes themes derived from the brands identity, the harmony between the inner world and the outer world, and spreads them across a cohesive collection of pieces that work with the clients target audience.
