PROLOGUE
As a design student with a passion for food and pastry, I am excited to present my portfolio of 4 dessert projects as a set of curated artworks. This portfolio showcases the integration of design in pastry and highlights the design process behind each dessert.
Each dessert represents a unique design challenge, from the color palette to the arrangement of elements on the plate. Together, they tell a story through food. It is my greatest pleasure to share and pass on this inspiration with you.
01 is inspired by the mango season in Thailand. It is an experiment on bringing together many flavors from sour to sweet, and from intense to mild. Complementary colors are used to portray the subject, including yellowred and black-white.

03 was a part of an architectural design project. The core of the project investigates the construction period of a building and elevates the experience to become more transparent and lively, as opposed to being treated as a transitory state. Baking ingredients and components were used to portray qualities of building materials: rigidity, transparency, dryness, etc.
