Safety first!

An excellent motto that cannot be overstated. Misawa summers can get steamy at times and golfers should take appropriate precautions. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water. Stay cool with sun protection in the form of headwear, especially full-brimmed bucket hats, and sunscreen is highly recommended. Sunscreen is also a great insect repellent! We hope to see you soon at the course or at the Lakeview Grille. Fairways and Greens, Steve Ritz-Woller, PGA General Manager / Head Professional

F S S Spotlight 1. What is your favorite memory working for the Misawa Club?

2. What do you wish the Misawa community knew about your programs?

Kool & the Gang was my first concert job in 1991 and was especially personal for me. They even came back to the Misawa Club in 2012 and Mr. Kool (Robert) remembered me and we talked about their first concert at Misawa.

3. What is your favorite part about working for the Misawa Club?

I have lots of memories working for the Misawa Club since 1984. I started as a dish washer and cook, then I was promoted to manager. I most fondly remember working at the many concerts we have had for the community.

Mr. Takeshi Taneichi (Suga) 28 | July 2021

I am very lucky because I have had the opportunity to work with so many famous entertainers that includes comedians, theatre performers and more. Also, I have gotten to know so many senior leaders within the Air Force and learned leadership directly from them.

I wish people knew more about Misawa Club Membership benefits such as free buffet vouchers, Member's only programs and we are working to enhance our catering menu, build out new food operations and new programs.

I love working with our team completing Misawa Club events for the community. Our job is to oversee visons and create programs by ourselves and then try to make it happen. I feel my efforts were worthwhile when I see customers enjoying the event.
