Pro’s Corner
The key to better scores is to stop trying to hit the ball straight and play your curve! Pick smart targets and play to your strengths. If you typically fade the ball (the ball moves to the right), try setting up on the right side of the tee box and aim for the left rough or fairway and swing away. This gives your ball a bigger landing zone in the shorter grass to avoid making the big numbers as if you tried aiming down the center.

AIR CONDITIONING SERVICES
Starting at $50
1. RECEIVER-DRIER
The receiver is a metal container that serves as a storage receptacle for the refrigerant. It’s also referred to as a drier because it absorbs moisture from the refrigerant and filters out particles of debris and acids that would otherwise harm your AC system. Commonly located on the liquid line of the AC system, you should change your drier every three to four years to ensure quality filtration and prevent any damage caused by detrimental chemicals. Our machine vacuums and clears out any moisture in the system to ensure the receiver-drier is functioning properly.
2. COMPRESSOR
The compressor is a belt-driven device that derives its name from compressing refrigerant gas and transferring it into the condenser. While acting as a simple pump, the compressor is the core of your vehicle’s air conditioning system. Our machine checks the pressure output of the compressor to make sure it is operating properly.
3. CONDENSER
The condenser’s primary function is to cool the refrigerant. It is a heat dissipating apparatus that radiates heat released by compressed gasses and condenses them into high-pressure liquids. The location of your condenser depends on how new your car is. It is typically found at the front of the vehicle, directly in front of the engine cooling radiator. We make sure your cooling fan is operating properly and that the vanes in the condenser are clean and free of debris.
4. EVAPORATOR
The evaporator is designed to remove heat from the inside of your vehicle. We check the blower motors filter or cabin filter of your car to make sure it is working optimally. Lastly, lines and hoses are inspected by applying vacuums and dye to check for leaks.

(REGULAR
If you are a regular category employee, you are eligible to enroll in the group life carried by Minnesota Life Insurance Company and/or health insurance plan, AETNA (DoD Health Benefits Program). Your health insurance becomes effective the day you sign the enrollment form, whereas, you must be employed continuously for one month as a regular employee before your life insurance becomes effective. Your family members may be eligible for enrollment in the life and health insurance plans also. You may obtain more information on benefits and costs from the HRO.
RETIREMENT PROGRAM
If you have 12 months of regular Air Force NAF service and are currently a regular employee, you are eligible to enroll in the USAF NAF Retirement Plan. This program provides for retirement, disability and death benefits. These benefits, combined with Social Security, will give you, the retired or disabled employee, or your eligible survivor a measure of financial security. You will be provided more information on the plan upon becoming eligible to participate.
401(K) SAVINGS PLAN
If you are a regular employee you are eligible to participate in the NAF 401(K) Savings Plan. It is a retirement savings plan that allows you to set aside a portion of your salary to the Plan with special tax advantages. You decide the amount of money you want to contribute to the Plan, from 1–92% each pay period. The amount you contribute is deducted from your paycheck on a pretax basis–before taxes are taken out. The Air Force will make a matching contribution depending upon the percent you contribute, as follows: You can invest your money in any of the 25-investment options, each with a different degree of risk and reward potential. Your investment options will help you design your own personal investment strategy. You will receive quarterly statements so you can keep track of your investments. You won’t owe taxes on your contributions or on any money they earn, until you withdraw the money from the Plan. You will be provided more information on the Plan upon becoming eligible to participate.
