Awa rd s & N o m in ees The Mission 2011 Business Excellence Awards presented by Mission’s Economic Development Committee are being held on Friday, October 21, in the Ballroom of the Mission Best Western. Over the last year, members of the community have nominated the following businesses and business people as the innovators and leaders in Mission. Nominees are then judged by a panel of peers based on the criteria of each award.

And the nominees are... Business of the Year With More Than 15 Employees Presented by Mission’s Economic Development Select Committee This prestigious award is given to the organization that best exhibits excellence in business. The business will have a strong history in the community, continued growth and innovative strategies, as well as market leadership in its sector. Criteria will include strategy, future growth plans, employee relations and local community involvement and contributions.
