YOGA 101 Everyone has to start somewhere! In Yoga 101, instructor Megan Mahley will introduce students to fundamental posture alignment principles to encompass a safe practice. If you are new to yoga, this class will build strength, flexibility and endurance as you challenge your body and mind.
