CELEBRATING THE PAST, LOOKING TO THE FUTURE The 120th Anniversary Gala

On Saturday, Feb. 11, more than 300 Missouri Athletic Club Members donned their best black-tie attire and stepped back in time at the 120th Anniversary Gala. It was a journey through the ages as guests immersed themselves in a world of luxury and elegance, celebrating the incredible Club’s most memorable milestones.

As guests entered the Club, they were transported to the inception of the MAC in 1903. They were greeted with live music, delicious food, entertainment and drinks that set the scene of the 1904 World’s Fair.

As the night progressed, guests visited different eras of the Club and immersed themselves in the unique atmosphere of each. From the glitz and glamour of the roaring 20s to the exceptional moments of the 2000s, guests had a far-out time dancing the night away, socializing and honoring the Club’s brilliant legacy.

The 120th Anniversary Gala was a resounding success, with guests raving about the experience and the memories they created.

The 120th Anniversary Gala was the signature kick-off for what will be a celebratory year for the Club, with a calendar full of unforgettable activities for Members. The MAC’s Annual Boxing Championship and Good Fellowship Day are legendary events that bring Members together to celebrate the spirit and camaraderie of the Club; on March 11, the MAC parade float will be featured in the 54th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade downtown; and the legendary Apollos will lift their voices in their Spring Concert. Each event will feature a unique 120th-themed element to celebrate this momentous milestone.
