Q: What’s the most important thing to know about Whova?

A: Whova is the platform where you can access ALL content: live sessions, networking forums, Expo booths, session recordings, message fellow attendees, and CPE certificates.

Q: What are the ways I can access Whova?

A: You can access via Desktop browser and Mobile app. Whova disclaims it runs optimally in the Chrome browser when using Desktop, but it can be used on other browsers.

Q: How do I set up my profile (and why is it important to do so)?

A: Your profile is a great way for attendees to search for you by location, interest, etc. Add a picture, bio, social handles, and contact information; you can even share your resume. By uploading a profile image, your photo shows when you comment or interact with other attendees, making it feel more personal and interactive. Edit your profile by going to the profile area in Desktop or Mobile.

Q: How do I stop getting so many emails from Whova?

A: Go to Profile > Settings > Notifications. You can set those preferences in your Profile.

Q: Where do I go if I’m having trouble with Whova?
