Sanzyme Biologics Center 1.

Sanzyme Biologics Center is an industrial project which was designed by Ar. Shankar Narayan around 20 years ago. The current project was new floor extension of main block for an international conference center. The project was dealt by Ar. Pavan Amarakonda.

My contribution was making some of the architectural drawings and interior drawings, aiding in making the 3D views, making some of the BOQs, estimates, etc.

Venugopal Residence

Hyderabad 2.

Project is a residence for Mr. and Mrs. Venugopal, who are an elderly couple, retired from civil services. they need a house inspired from traditional courtyard houses of Andhra Pradesh with a low ground coverage and a first floor with a kitchen and living room that can be rented out in future.

My contribution in the project is, I’ve aided Ar. Shankar Narayan in the concept and design process, made all the required drawings, photoshop renders and the presentation for clients.

Yapral, Secunderabad

Sattaluri House 3.

This is a residential renovation project for Mr. Raj Sattaluri and Mrs. Sridevi Sattaluri. they’ve bought out a house adjacent to their plot and their requirement is to

1. Renovate the existing building according to vaasthu and other requirements of the family.

2. Connect the existing building with the adjacent plot, so that the plot can be used as garden.

3. Integrate 2 offices and 3 spacious bedrooms into the existing building.

The renovation concept is presented to the client in 3 schemes as per their inputs at all levels. One more scheme including complete demolition of old building and a new house in both the plots put together was presented.

My contribution in this project was aiding Ar. Shankar Narayan in the concept and design process, making all the required drawings, photoshop renders, 3D models, 3D renders and presentations for all the schemes.

3D views of the renovated house, modelled using Sketchup, Autocad and views generated using Lumion. Renders of Renovated House Concept of this scheme is to demolish the existing building and use both the plots for a new house spread across.

Gordhanpuri Gardens 4.

Yapral, Secunderabad

This is a small-scale project, i.e., redeveopment of entrance space of a housing community Gordhanpuri Gardens in Yapral, Secunderabad. the design includes a new gate, redesigned security cabin and an interesting pergola over the gate.

My contribution in the project is aiding Ar. Shankar Narayan with the concept and design process, along with making all the required drawings, photoshop renders, 3D models and 3D views.

3D Views

The 3D views of the Security cabin and the Entrance gate. We explored with different shapes and materials for the arch over the gate, which capsulates the essence of the green and lush housing community and finally settled with the SS leaves-arch in combination with simple rectangular gate made with square section SS tubes.

Shankar Narayan and Ms. Maanasi for this project.

Retrospective, Little Known Gems Exhibition/ Architecture Photography

Along with the designs, drawings, renders, etc. I was involved in some of the other works that went on in the office, like some research works, architecture photography, etc..

Retrospective is a compilation of the past 100 years of Architecture of Hyderabad. It was curated by Ar. Shankar Narayan in 2016. Little Known Gems is a compilation of the underrated architectural gems lost in the rural parts of Telangana. My contribution was aiding in the updation of Retrospective and Little Known Gems.

I was involved in photographic documentation of a finished project - Vega Industries, Hyderabad.

Exhibit in IIA NACON

Retrospective and Little Known Gems were exhibited in the IIA NACON 21 hosted by Telangana Chapter in Hyderabad. The exhibit was visited by architects from all over the nation, hon’ble IT Minister K.T. Ramarao and manu other dignitaries. My contribution was aiding in research and setting up the exhibition. IIA Souvenir 6.

The Indian Institute of Architects - Telangana Chapter hosted the NATCON - 21 and in that case, issued a souvenir. I was involved in the Souvenir Editorial Team and was responsible for the compilation of the book and design of the cover page of the book.
