DEE RIVER OLDIES

very big thank you to our members for all their help, their donations and to those who cooked and brought along goodies to add to the table.

Members enjoyed a taste of a fruit cake on the day which was made and iced by Drew Wickerson.

We had members from Gracemere and Rockhampton who joined us on the day.

Musical Bingo was played with the theme of christmas songs.

There were plenty of winners on the day with Dianne Coburn winning the grocery hamper.

We are now looking forward to our 'Damper Day’ at the Hall on Wednesday, 23 August, 2023.

You don't need to book, just come along on the day. The cost is $5. It starts at 11 am.

Well, what a day we had. Wednesday, 26 July was our 'Christmas in July' Morning Tea. The work we put in to make this a special day was well worth the effort.

We had a good turn up of members who enjoyed a special morning tea with lots of nice things to eat. A

Come along and enjoy damper with a cuppa, followed with savoury mince and rice for lunch. There will be music on the day.
