Through this journey we learned that whenever it reaches a hard point the team dynamics and support are always the solution! When you join a team in MMSA you start feeling that you are related to them and then eventually you decide to take a step forward and apply for a higher position to find yourself working with another team on different tasks, job descriptions, responsibilities but with the same values! It has always been about the relationships that you create with your fellows in this organization which will turn to a support system and end by being a life time friendship. MMSA is now opening its hands to welcome the new batch of local teams for the term 21/22, to start the new decade of inspiration. Yours Sincerely, Hamdy Shahin.
