• This session is designed to focus primarily on building quality movement patterns across both core bilateral and unilateral lifts
• 6 weeks: Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays from March 3 – April 10, 6-7 p.m.
• This session is designed to teach major core lifts as well as to introduce the Moeller culture to student-athletes as they transition into Moeller summer activity
• 4 weeks: Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays from April 21 – May 15, 6-7 p.m.
