Martin needs a systematized everyday life. In his work life everything is planned and organized throughout his day. Stress seems to appear when there are too many unorganized tasks suddenly appear. Martin has been stressed for a long time and is diagnosed with tinnitus, which means he likes background noises to avoid the annoying tinnitus noise in his head. Conventional psychologist therapy sessions had no effect and he ended up isolated in his apartment for 7,5 months. As a result, Martins closest relations disappeared and now Martin also suffers from minor anxiety and loneliness. Even though he feels alone and helpless, the isolating effect of diving under water have positive effects on his mood – he enjoys the feeling of shutting the world out. Structured training sessions, not focusing on social interaction, seemed to have a conductive effect as well. He has ambivalent feelings of crowded scenarios and situations of social interaction, and often ends up rejecting social invitations. Today the stress changed him as a person and in addition, he neglects impulsive decisions and needs to have everything scheduled in order to overcome the situation.
