This iteration explores the physical creation of interior spaces on the basis of above mentioned design criteria. Hereby, this design iteration digs into the deep of material choices for the structural design of the volumes, and hereby evaluates the material use through life cycle assessments (LCA) of both the structural elements as well as foundation while also reflecting on the life cycle costs (LCC), drawing on the principles analysed in the environmental sustainability theme, p. 48. Furthermore, the interior design and planning of different atmospheres that one should experience in the different functionalities are unfolded through digital sections and interior planning of the spatial zones, investigating material combinations and reflecting on their properties with regards to acoustics and atmosphere, drawing on the analysed principles of designing for interior healing and destress, as analysed in the social sustainability theme, pp. 40 and 38.
