Upholstered Pieces & Cushions 1. Avoid placing your upholstered pieces and cushions in direct sunlight. If they are placed in direct sunlight make sure you redistribute your cushions and flip the reversible ones in order to avoid fading. 2. Make sure to ‘plump’ your feather cushions regularly in order for them to maintain their shape. 3. Vacuum your pieces on weekly basis on a low suction level in order to remove any dust particles that may damage or discolour the fabric. 4. In case of stubborn stains use a damp cloth to remove the stain. Make sure not to rub as that could worsen the stain and cause permanent damage to the fabric. 5. In case of spillage remove the spill immediately using a dry absorbent white cloth or paper towel. Do not rub as that might worsen the stain and cause permanent damage to the fabric. 6. Be aware that sharp objects such as buckles, rings and even your pet’s claws can tear and scratch the piece. Curtains 1. All of our curtains are either lined or interlined in order to avoid direct sunlight from causing the fabric to fade. In order to add an extra layer of protection for delicate fabrics such as silks make sure to install blinds in order to block or reflect the direct sunlight. 2. Be aware that shrinkage of up to 5% may occur due to the variation in the atmospheric conditions while the curtain is installed. This is more likely with natural fabrics rather than synthetic ones. There is fabric within the hems in order to enable any necessary adjustments in length in the future. 3. Shake your curtains regularly in order to prevent dust and dirt from lodging in. 4. Vacuum regularly using a soft brush attachment with low suction power in order to remove any dust and dirt. 5. Steam the treatments in order to remove creases from the fabric. 6. Do not wash or dry clean your curtains.

Rugs 1. It is recommended that you rotate your rug every 4-6 months in high traffic areas in order to maintain the quality of piece and avoid crushing of the pile. 2. Make sure not to rub as that could worsen the stain and cause permanent damage to the rug. 4. In case of spillage remove the spill immediately using a dry absorbent white cloth or paper towel. Do not rub as that might worsen the stain and cause permanent damage to the rug. 5. Silk rugs are very delicate and we recommend professional cleaning if needed. Natural Woods, Veneers & Lacquered Surfaces 1. Make sure to regularly dust your pieces in order to preserve their original finish. 2. In order to remove stubborn stains use a small amount of furniture polish with a damp soft cloth. 3. Water drops, coffee, tea or alcohol needs to be wiped immediately as it can attack the finish and cause permanent stains. 4. Harsh cleaning agents should never be used as they contain aggressive chemicals that can damage the pieces beyond repair. 5. Make sure to always use coasters and trays underneath hot objects in order to avoid rings forming. 6. Be aware that sharp objects such as buckles, rings and even your pet’s claws can scratch the finish of the piece.
