Word of LCP : It comes to us with the greatest of pleasure to congratulate you for taking such a courageous step. We're currently building the blocks for a new direction for AIESEC in Assiut 16/17 and one of those most important building blocks is our Executive board, which play a fundamental role. I recall my term as an VP MKT while writing this message, and it brings to me the greatest of memories, and meaningful !earnings. I believe through my EB role it was one of the roles where I learned the most in AIESEC, and it gave me the space and scope to create and innovate constantly. This term I as an Expansion Manager really believe in the EB role will be playing to ensure our common dreams and ambitions are being translated into reality, and identified this as an area where we want to invest our efforts during 16/15 to be Able to evolve as an organization, and evolve they way we implement with out network. Together building AN EXCITING AIESEC in Assiut 16/17, where every member has a sense of ownership and belief in every thing they do. Responsibilities : • Marketing Team Management (coaching, evaluation and feedback) Support recruitment promotion Package all AIESEC activities in terms of visual design Assure that Talent Planning takes design and marketing skills into consideration when recruiting new members • Planning, Tracking, Coaching and Reviewing *Internal Communication Information management within the LC (newsletter, google group etc.) Communication with the MCVP MRKT , MCVP EXD , Entity coach Specific transition to the next VP MRKT Knowledge management of the area and brand and communication education Management of Marketing and Communication team members *External Communication Coordination of approaches towards media Carry out PR and media activities Identify, acquire media partners Account management of existing media partners Informing important stakeholders about our activities through newsletters Creating an annual report as additional communication material Represent local chapter of AIESEC on relevant external events Maintaining representative online channels throughout the year • Attendance to local and national conferences • Attend a monthly summit in MC office • Fill the performance assessment for TLs & Members • Implementation of the Team minimums in the area

Responsibilities : • Planning, Tracking, Coaching and Reviewing (final responsible for TM LC plan)

• Implementation of the TM Processes: Talent Planning ,Talent Selection ,Talent Induction ,Talent Goal Setting & Orientation ,Talent Allocation Talent Education & Training (responsible for communication of development opportunities - CEEDs, national and international Conferences, FACIs opportunities, trainings) ,Talent Coaching ,Talent Tracking & Pipeline Management ,Transition (provide support to LCP and assure LCVP TM transition) Talent Performance Assessment ,Talent motivation - Rewards & Recognition • Implement Talent Development Programs: Manage the learning environment education and support its set up in projects Coordinate the learning environment elements • Recruitment: Plan recruitment goals of new members according to the LC needs Cooperate with other VPs

• Further Global Competency Model and alignment of TM processes with it • Prepare JDs for all members in cooperation with the other VPs • Keep track of the achieved results of the LC members • Communication with the MCVP TM , MCVP EXD , Entity Coach • Attendance to local and national conferences • Attend a monthly summit in MC office • Fill the performance assessment for TLs & Members • Implementation of the Team minimums in the area
