OCP - On Ground Operations

ROLE PURPOSE

Responsible for all EPs on ground recruitment waves & matching till complete processes for them.

ROLE PURPOSE

Manage online flow. Responsible for all EPs online recruitment waves & matching till complete processes for them.

Ensuring timely TXP Program Delivery according to Team Experience Map and aligned to LC Training Cycle and Learning and development Timelines as well as LEAD Delivery

6 months 2-3 Members Ensuring timely delivery of induction, goal setting, feedbacks etc according to the team experience map. Conduct learning need analysis & track proper implementation of local education cycle. Measure impact of learning on performance Take forward career path development activities based on profiling. Track coaching & mentorship activities output (FM and LCM output). Take forward implementation of pipelining program aligning with MCVP LnD. Track Personal development based on profiling. Plan and Deliver LEAD Framework for TMP, EPs and Interns.
