NUTS AND BOLTS
The City of Bozeman Parks and Recreation Department offers a variety of classes, activities and events for people of all ages regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin or disability. Please see individual sections and program listings for age-specific guidelines, policies and accessibility. Fees are listed with each individual class or event throughout the guide. Please note: Scholarships are available to city of Bozeman residents ages 18 and under. Please call 406-582-2290 for more information.

EPACT
• ePACT is a secure emergency network that we use to collect medical and emergency contact information electronically. ePACT replaces paper forms and ensures we have a way to communicate with you in the event of an illness, injury or larger-scale emergency. More information will be provided upon program registration. If you would like to speak with ePACT’s customer success team, contact help@epactnetwork.com or call 1-588-773-1228 ext. 1.

• Online via credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) • In person via cash, check (payable to the City of Bozeman) or credit card • By phone via credit card
PROGRAM CANCELLATION POLICY
• Refunds for cancellations will not be given unless injury or illness prevents participation. • If you need to cancel out of a program, a cancellation request must be made 10 days before the start of the program to receive a credit on your Parks and Recreation
Department account. Credits can be used toward future programs.
WEATHER CANCELLATIONS
In the event of inclement weather: • Every attempt will be made to hold classes as scheduled, keeping safety as the top priority. • Prior to class, call 406-582-2290 or visit our Facebook page to check the status. • At the program site, Parks and Recreation Department staff will make cancellation decisions as needed.
PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
• Preregistration is required for most programs and events. • Participants must be the required age by the first day of the program. • Siblings may only participate if they are the required age and are registered for the program.
THINGS TO NOTE
• Our programs fill quickly. • Payment is due at registration. • If you are unable to register due to full enrollment, you may request to be put on a waiting list and no fee will be charged until registration is confirmed. You will be notified by phone if you are on a waiting list and a spot has opened.
