FUSION 4 FUNCTION
This full-body workout combines stretch and strength, using traditional and modified movements adapted from yoga and Pilates. You may need to bring a stability ball, mat and free weights.

HEART AND SOLE
Performed to music, this lively seated workout (standing is optional) is comprised of a warm-up, an aerobic component and cool down segments. A variety of fun props (maracas, scarves, balls and more) are incorporated and enhance movement and create a unique and enjoyable experience.

BALANCE AND MOBILITY
This class uses poles to stretch and strengthen the upper and lower body by incorporating seated, standing and walking exercises that engage the core and whole body to improve posture and walking gait. Fall prevention/functional fitness exercises are introduced that help improve balance and stability.
