Housed in a 1890s grocery warehouse, Central offers fresh, regional produce and meats that change seasonally. Currently, Central’s signature dish is Steak au Poivre, a peppercornseasoned 16-ounce New York strip joined by earthy oyster mushrooms, silky pommes aligot (cheesy creamed potatoes) and white asparagus.
