TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE terms: the “store” refers to any moochi retail store payment and timeframe + the final delivery date will be provided to the customer in writing (via email) upon confirmation of the order, within 5-working days after order request has been received by the store + a deposit of 50% is required to secure and confirm the order + collection of garments ordered cannot be made until full and final payment for the total balance of the order is received by the store + installment payments can be made prior to the final delivery date via the store lay-by system + maximum turnaround time for the production of bridesmaid dress orders is 6-weeks + any changes to the order must be made in writing within 1- 2 working days of the order being placed style and fabric + styles are made as per a standard set pattern and specification determined the moochi standard size range. + fabric is subject to availability at the time of order. any colour that is out of stock may be substituted with a similar colour. any substitute colour is subject to approval of the customer and the customer will be notified of the out-of-stock issue within 1-week of placing the order. the new colour option will be sent to the store where the original order was placed. the customer is required to sight and provide signed approval of the new colour in order for moochi to proceed with production. this is to be done within 1- 2 working days of the store advising the customer that the new colour is available for approval in store. + we may be able to source fabric to match a specific colour a bride has requested, however it is subject to availability + we cannot make dresses offered in our range in a fabric supplied by the bride or bridal party, fabric available are only those offered as part of the catalogue program and are tested and fitted to suit this fabric alterations + length alterations can be offered at the time the order is placed and is limited to up to 10cm increase or reduction on all styles except the verbena dress + the styles offered cannot be made to specific customer measurements, any alterations required to achieve a custom fit are the responsibility of the customer after final delivery. this includes but is not limited to general sizing, strap lengths, style details and sleeve lengths where applicable cancellation and returns + dresses made to order cannot be returned nor exchanged for other moochi product in store + customers are to check the final quality of the goods at the time of collection and sign the form to agree goods are in satisfactory condition + any claims due to faulty workmanship or failure of quality must be raised to moochi at the earliest possibility and moochi have the opportunity to inspect and repair the goods to a quality standard + there is a “no cancellation “ policy as these are special made to order garments and it is advised that the bride and bridal party choose carefully + any orders not collected within 4-weeks of the final delivery date may be considered abandoned and moochi reserves the right to retain the deposit made at the date of order confirmation
