STAY UPDATED ON PARK REPAIR PROJECTS, NEW PROGRAMS AND EVENTS, AND MUCH MORE BY FOLLOWING US ON:
Have you ever wished Mooresville had some kind of recreation facility that it doesn’t now provide within the park system? More pickleball? More aquatics offerings? More walking, hiking, and biking trails? A pump track? Here’s your chance to tell us so! The Parks & Recreation Department will update its master plan in the coming year, and that means a chance for you to weigh in on what’s important to you for a healthy, happy life through recreation.
Many things have been accomplished since the last Parks & Recreation master plan in 2016, but it’s time for a refresh. Mooresville has grown, our demographics have changed, and we want to be sure we are providing programs, services, and facilities that align with your recreational interests. The master plan will serve as our roadmap to do that.

The process will include both an online survey and public input sessions where we will gather your feedback. More information will follow in the coming months on the Town and Parks & Recreation websites, Facebook pages, Instagram, and in our monthly newsletter and seasonal program guide. We are excited to hear what you enjoy and value in YOUR parks and recreation program!
