MOORESVILLE'S BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION
An Event 150 Years in The Making! 2023 will mark the 150th anniversary of the Town of Mooresville. To commemorate this historic event, the Town is preparing a yearlong celebration. Kicking off with a fireworks spectacular on December 31, 2022, the celebration will continue with exciting events and programs throughout Mooresville. Mazeppa Park Fields Update
Mazeppa Park’s field upgrades are underway and nearing completion. Due to their age and amount of usage, fresh synthetic turf has been installed on the original fields, giving them 8-10 years of new life. In addition to these replacements, two fields are in the process of being converted from natural grass to synthetic turf. The fields are expected to re-open in September. Having four synthetic turf fields onsite positions the Town to host regional sporting competitions that bring significant economic impact to the area.
