A Message from the desk of Dan Hutton Tom O’Brien CDJ Mopar Masters Guild President As you are setting down to read this, our 2011 NADA meetings in San Francisco are only days away. I’m excited to attend this year to see all of our members, vendors and our business partners at Mopar. Mark Skinner has done an outstanding job getting our meeting set-up for this year. At last count we had 36 Parts Managers and Service Directors scheduled to attend. If anyone has last minute plans to attend this year, please contact Mark or I as soon as possible. This year we have a great meeting planned for two days. Kicking off our meetings is our guest speaker, Dr. Jody Janati. She will speak about resolving conflicts in our workplace. Also we will have presentations from our Supporting Vendors. Without them our business would be much more challenging in today’s world. Mr. Pietro Gorlier and Mr. Jim Sassorossi and Team Mopar will join us Saturday afternoon. Mr. Gorlier and Mr. Sassorossi will update us on the State of Chrysler. Some of the topics that will be discussed on Saturday afternoon are Dealer Rewards, Supply Chain, Accessories and how we can increase our business this year by 20%. Please don’t forget to bring a Best Idea this year for our 2011 Performance Group Meetings on Monday and ½ day Tuesday. Our best idea segment will cost you this year $100.00 to participate. WOW what a lot of great ideas you will have to take back with you this year. Our reception this year will be one of our best ever, with a Wine Tasting theme and a lot of great food. This great atmosphere will be at the John Pence Art Gallery on Friday night. The ladies will really love this party!
