Moreton Bay College is a Uniting Church community committed to the holistic growth and development of young women - academically, personally, socially and spiritually - is our mission.
In short, we care for, and care about, your daughter’s wellbeing, as much as we care about her academic
growth. Thus, in our classrooms, on the sporting fields, on the stage, in the music performance rooms, and in our wider community we strive to ensure our girls live and interact in a manner which honours the Greenes’ legacy.
Whether our girls want to be astronauts, actors or accountants, they need to know that nothing can stand in their
way and we send that message to our girls every single day. We strive to foster in each individual a healthy sense of self-worth through encouraging the girls to take intelligent risks and to advocate for themselves. By giving them the freedom to explore their interests across any field, we can develop confidence through cultivating their competence and allowing them to experience success.
Wearing the College Uniform
The wearing of the Moreton Bay College uniform is a privilege bestowed upon all students who are currently enrolled members of the student body.
In particular, students are reminded that the wearing of the uniform, in its complete and correct form, is a privilege that represents a basic responsibility
undertaken when accepting an enrolment offer at the College.
It is expected that all items of the College uniform are worn correctly at all times and that students are well presented, both inside and outside of the school grounds. The College uniform must be in good condition, clean,
pressed where appropriate and well maintained.
All items should also be named.
