THE 19TH HOLE

Well, we were looking forward to some sunshine, and boy have we seen some! What a lovely few weeks it’s been.

Congratulations to everyone who completed their GCSE’s and A-levels last month, now you can relax a bit and enjoy the Summer before your next adventures!

This month sees the return of Motorsport East to the town centre on Sunday 16th July. With more than 65 different exhibits, it’s a free family event well worth a visit, find out more on pages 8-9.

Our friends at Orissa are generously offering readers up to 50% off their food bill when eating in this month, so why not treat yourself to a night off of cooking? See more about the deal on page 41.

If you are cooking in-house, we have a lovely Summer recipe to try on page 40 – Squash, mint and Pecorino pasta. Great, if like me, you get stuck in a rut of weekday meal choices!

We hope you enjoy this issue with lots of info from local businesses, plus all the usual news and events.

Take care and we’ll see you in August.
