the food you love and still lose weight!

Welcome to the September issue

I feel like I’ve just blinked and Summer has zipped past! It’s back to school and college time, and I think I’ll be quite grateful to get back into some sort of routine.

If you’re thinking of sprucing up your home for Autumn, Glasswells have very generously offered readers a chance to win a £100 gift card to spend at their store. It’s super simple to enter, see page 6 for details.

We were so warmed to hear about a hero that donated woodworking tools to the team at Nowton Park Nursery, we look forward to following their progress, read all about it on page 11.

Speaking of hero’s, we were sorry to hear that Revd. Canon Jonathan Ford will be performing his last service at Christ Church Moreton Hall on Sunday 15th October. We wish him all the best and would like to thank him for his input into the magazine for over 16 years, almost since the beginning!

If like me, you’re looking for some inspiration for some tasty midweek meals, we have a recipe for a delicious Chorizo & Mozzarella Gnocchi Bake on page 40.

We hope you enjoy this issue with lots of info from local businesses, plus all the usual news and events.

Take care & we’ll see you in October.

Generous donation to social enterprise

Nowton Park Nursery is one of the seven social businesses within Realise Futures, a social enterprise with a difference.

Our aim is to improve and promote the economic and social wellbeing of those who are disadvantaged and/or disabled. At Nowton Park Nursery, we support vulnerable adults learn and develop social, horticultural and life skills, as well as build their confidence, through meaningful and purposeful activities. These activities include tending to the plants they sell to customers, cooking workshops and packing jobs in our fulfilment area.

The team members have wanted to develop a woodworking area to learn

how to make wooden planters, bird boxes and other items safely to sell to our customers.

We requested donations of woodworking tools via our Facebook page earlier in the year, in the hopes of receiving some useable second-hand tools. We have been blown away by the generosity of a local man who wishes to remain

anonymous. He kindly gifted us many brand-new tools, including battery powered drills, saws and sanders, hammers, a work bag, measuring tapes and many more items! This has meant that projects can commence much sooner than we had hoped, and team members are able to learn new skills to enhance their wellbeing further.

Even before the Barbie Movie, the subject of Women’s empowerment including mental/physical health has become much more open. Menopause particularly is a topic of hot conversation (excuse the pun!) Let’s start with a couple of things you can do at home to help reduce symptoms.

Yoga – Legs up the wall pose – the most Restorative rebalancing pose for your body and mind.* Cushion/eye pillow optional and 20 mins like that and you will feel like a new human. Restores a sense of balance to the physical body, incl spine. Allows the heart to rest which lowers blood pressure, heart rate and cortisol/adrenaline.

Herbs – Sage Drink a few cups a day with honey if needed - well documented to help with hot flushes**. You can take it in tablet form. Raspberry Leaf tea is also good to help the uterus / balance menstrual flow***

Mindfulness /Meditation will help improve our mental & physical wellbeing I like Headspace and Insight Timer Apps however come along to one of our Mindfulness Classes or Courses for IRL.

NEW Yoga for Menopause Class Thursdays 7.30pm.

SOUTHGATE

SOUTHGATE’S HOLIDAY CLUB – YET ANOTHER GREAT SUCCESS

People of all ages from Southgate Church hosted a four day Holiday Club for children aged between 4-11 during the school summer holidays. The 'Seriously Super Stories Holiday Club' took place at Southgate Community Centre from 22-25 August finishing with a Friends and Family Celebration

Tea Party on Friday evening.

Throughout the week the 30 children who came along learned about some of the parables that Jesus taught. They took part in storytelling, games, crafts, dance, competitions, puppetry and singing. It was such a fun week!

Southgate Church runs youth clubs, children's groups and a toddler group that meet throughout the year. Do get in touch if you would like to know more about them from our Family and Community Worker - Alison Burgess - 01284 703705 or alison. burgess@southgatechurch.org.uk

The topic of ‘Meaning and Purpose’ Part of the mental health and wellbeing advice series

How do you look after your mental health and wellbeing?

That’s the basis for a new campaign for 2023 which focuses on 12 ‘emotional needs’, one for each month, to bring you practical tips, people’s stories, and support to keep you well.

Be Well, Feel Well: A healthier Suffolk in 2023 is a partnership between Suffolk Mind, Public Health and Communities and a range of community groups teaming up to focus on ways for you to be well throughout the year. Look out for a new article every month with information for how you can keep healthy, get the help you need and even save money.

Meaning and purpose in life

When people have meaning and purpose in their lives, it helps them make sense of the difficulties we are often faced with, and protects us from feeling pessimistic when things seem unfair or unjust. The following are important factors in supporting your wellbeing:

l Learning something new

l Knowing that we are needed, such as raising a family, caring for others, or contributing to a business or service

l Sensing that we are connected to something bigger e.g. religious or political affiliations, a charitable cause.

LISTEN for suicide prevention resource

Suffolk User Forum has produced the LISTEN for suicide prevention resource alongside Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. It is written for and by people with lived experience of suicidal thoughts and those who have cared for and supported them.

LISTEN explores ways of managing suicidal thoughts and feelings. It provides a step-by-step process for helping others connect with someone in distress, reaching out with kindness and compassion, saving lives.

Visit suffolkuserforum.co.uk/ listen-for-suicide-prevention

L I S T N E

Listen and validate concerns. Look at crisis/care plan and general options

Involve and Inform service user and carer of the immediate options available

Shared understanding achieved and Safety issues established

Time. Be clear about your availability and be aware of your Tone of voice

Empathise and Encourage responsibility then Evaluate what has been agreed

Next steps made clear. Never end the contact without a plan

What makes you tick?

l Remember times when you felt a clear sense of meaning and purpose – what were you doing? Think about what made these moments special

l Try learning something new by reading, studying or learning a new skill

l Make a contribution to the needs of others, e.g. volunteering, babysitting, or giving your time in other ways

l Make a connection with others –phone that friend you’ve been meaning to speak to, join a new group or hobby.

World Suicide Prevention Day

World Suicide Prevention Day takes place in September, and this year’s theme is ‘Creating hope through action’. If you know someone who may be struggling with finding meaning and purpose in their life, the first thing is to make the time to speak to them and ask how they are. Listen out for language which tells you that a person’s emotional needs for control and for meaning and purpose are unmet. If they tell you that they have been having suicidal thoughts, it’s important to be open and upfront about it, and to ask them whether they have a plan to act upon them. If they tell you that they do have a plan, don’t agree to keep it a secret.

Encourage them to seek professional help with suicidal thoughts from a GP. Support is also available from the Samaritans 116 123 and for non-crisis support in Suffolk, Suffolk Mind 0300 111 6000. If someone is in immediate danger of hurting themselves or others, call 999.

– THE GREAT CHURCHYARD –

Some people like a nice and tidy churchyard, short, clipped grass and the cow parsley gone within seconds of it flowering; others love the billowing white stems that complement the ancient buildings and gravestones they flower among. A mowing regime greatly impacts the biodiversity of the area, and its resilience to drought. Longer grass is more resilient, acting as a barrier between dry sun and wind and moist soil, thus reducing evaporation. Long grass traps more dew at night; even if we have long periods of dry weather which frankly we do these days, the grass gets a drink.

So it was that The Great Churchyard, i.e. the area in Bury St Edmund’s town centre bounded by St Mary’s Church, Crown St, the cathedral and the Premier Inn car park was deliberately left unmown this year until after July. True, the cow parsley had entered a rather forlorn and apparently neglected stage by then but the mowing regime in the Great Churchyard is gradually changing to reflect the need to conserve biodiversity and have climate-change resilience. BWMG is therefore pleased to have begun

working with West Suffolk Council to introduce a more wildlife-friendly albeit labourintensive approach, that should over time, see a greater variety of plant species - similar to that around the Charnel House in the middle of the area and a mosaic of different habitats for animals.

In this first year of the partnership the main difference has been that BWMG volunteers are tasked with removing the cut grass left by the Council’s mowers and strimmers. This is almost more important than the timing of the mowing itself. When arisings are left in place they leave the nutrients in situ and create a layer of thatch which can inhibit germination. Quite when the best time to remove the vegetation is, is subject to further reading, if you are an ecologist and know these things, please let us know!

Nutrient-rich soil favours the tall vigorous species that dominate at

present - e.g. the cow parley, vigorous grasses such as barren brome and false oat grass, comfrey and green alkanet with intense blue forget me not-like flowers. Lovely thought these can be, they shade out lower growing plants, reducing the overall botanical variety.

So, look out for raking parties in the Great Churchyard in late summer and going forward. We have already staged one small pilot day, raking with volunteers from a leading firm in Bury and had a go at scything another part to see how the logistics worked with a scythe and gravestones; happily neither met.

Offers of help with the raking are welcomefrom individuals, groups or companies wanting to support employee volunteering. Contact us at the details below.

Need more from your existing solar installation?

The electricity you generate from your solar panels can’t always be used immediately. A battery storage system is simple and relatively inexpensive to fit and can store any unused power to use in the evening, overnight, or to power an electric vehicle – the choice is yours.

A battery gives you your own renewable energy source, available to you 24 hours a day for however you want to use it.

If you’ve had solar panels fitted in the last few years, you may have been put off by the size of the batteries. Solar technology has advanced to the point where modern batteries are compact, more powerful, simple to retrofit and easy to store in the home, the loft and garage.

Most domestic properties will only require 5-8kW (enough to power an entire home for ten hours), but if you need more energy storage you can add additional batteries at any stage.

Why choose

Generate + Store?

• Local business for 20+ years

As we return to school after the summer holidays we look forward to another exciting and fulfilling school year at Hardwick where exciting new topics and challenges are planned.

Looking back on last term we bid farewell to not just our Year 6 cohort but the popular Badgers teacher Mrs Rayson who we thank for her commitment to the school and wish her well for the future.

It was an emotional final assembly with hardly a dry eye in the hall but we take this opportunity to wish all our leavers huge success as they take the big step into secondary education.

We hope they all enjoyed the montage celebrating their years at Hardwick.

Handmade Cards by Sherrill – My Story

18 months ago, I joined the group having several medical conditions and some of them cause long term pain. I was getting very depressed due to these conditions and had to take early retirement, causing further depression. The group met up 3 times a month for Positively Crafty, for Coffee Morning and a speaker led meeting. My first meeting they had Birds of Prey including the wonderful Owl. They made me very welcome at this meeting.

One of the reasons I joined the group was for the Craft Sessions. I’ve always been artistic but never had an outlet for it. I can’t draw nor paint. I also don’t like crafts where I have to follow instructions. I wanted to add a bit of me in whatever I did. I used to do a few instore shop displays in my early career which I loved. And I loved decorating Christmas trees.

The November session was making a Christmas Card which was run by two of the members of the group. I was amazed at how good I felt making the card, much more relaxed than usual and the session flew by. At the end of the session everyone said they loved my cards (I had made 2 as I was so happy doing them) I went home buzzing. I decided then that I was going to make my own Christmas cards that year. Had I gone mad, I was actually going to make something and give it to family and friends and not throw it in the bin. That’s a first for me. Even though I had no equipment I ordered some card making bits and made 25 cards in around 3 weeks. That was it, I was hooked. I had lovely comments about my cards. It made me feel so good. “I am actually good at something.”

Here I am now with a stall in a craft fair selling my cards and taking Special Orders for bespoke cards and I am proud of what I am doing. It’s a very strange feeling as it is a feeling that I have never felt before.

As you can see Positively Crafty worked for me. My Mental Health and Self Confidence has improved and I am enjoying myself. I still go to group and I now help others to make cards. I also go to see the speakers. They are sometimes informative and can help us cope with our pain, sometimes they are informative and funny, and sometimes just really interesting like the Birds of Prey speaker. Why not Contact the group to find out more, it could change your life, dramatic you say, it has changed mine and I have made some lovely new friends who I know who will make you feel very welcome too, as well as understand what chronic pain is like to live with.

Positively Crafty 7th September from 1.30pm-4pm. Coffee Morning at Dobbies from 10.30am on 11th September.

CPSG 21st September from 2pm-4pm. Meetings are held at Southgate Community Centre.

Help us do more for the family of those being treated for cancer

At My WiSH Charity, we are passionate about supporting and caring for patients who are undergoing cancer treatment at the West Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust. Here is a list of just some of the things we provide:

Exercise

Mindful Movement

These gentle classes are based at Bury Physio. Head to our YouTube channel, My WiSH Charity, to see video explaining more.

Men’s health

Exercise classes for men during and post treatment (both in Bury and Sudbury).

Wellbeing Mama B’s

Working with Steve Trowles, owner of Stephen John Salon, we welcome people undergoing treatment to a pamper day, once a month, where they can receive advice on their hair or wigs, enjoy a manicure or some relaxing therapy sessions and enjoy a light lunch with others undergoing treatment.

Hope courses

These classes help you navigate life post treatment To find out more about any of the sessions we provide, please contact the cancer unit by emailing infocentre@wsh.nhs.uk or by calling 01284 713023.

Counselling

We provide sessions for patients to talk to our cancer counsellor, Michelle.

If you would like to donate to help us provide a family counsellor, you can do so at www.mywishcharity.co.uk or call the team on 01284 712952.

@mywishcharity mywishcharity

Steve Trowles, owner of Stephen John Salon

We work with the Breast Care Cushion group to provide the materials for them to make their beautiful heart shaped cushions.

These are given to any patient undergoing a breast surgery and they will usually find them on their bedside table when they return to the

ward. The heart is a perfect shape to provide comfort post-surgery.

We have worked with companies such as British Gas, Clarkes of Walsham and Hopton Homes to enhance the space both in and around the cancer unit.

Donations have meant we have provided televisions to each of the rooms and specialist training equipment for nurses.

We also work closely with the breast unit, having bought a special machine which helps locate the first lymph node with our Love Your Nodes appeal. Recently we purchased a breast sample cabinet for the breast unit, costing £40,000. This cabinet allows samples to be tested immediately to ensure enough has been taken during a biopsy. This means the radiographer stays with their patient and it frees up an additional room for other patients to be seen.

Our latest project

This sees us caring for the loved ones of those undergoing treatment as we are fundraising for a family counsellor. This new role will provide invaluable support for those caring for people who are experiencing one of the toughest times in their life.

We are your local NHS charity enhancing care and supporting the Macmillan cancer unit at the West Suffolk Hospital. Please support us as the money you donate will stay local and be used to provide care for you and your loved ones should you need it.

Apart from these classes we support patients in a huge variety of ways.

Summer means camping

Summer means camping if you’re a Guide! Fourteen year old Melanie from 10th Bury Guides reports on her experience of Suffolk County camp.

“Although I have been camping with Guides before this is my first County Camp which took place at Trinity Park in Ipswich, and I had great fun with my friends from my unit, and new friends that I met for the first time from other units.

I enjoyed eating all the delicious meals that were cooked by the leaders, and

the choice of breakfast each morning to get us started. There was so much to do each day - and lots of daytime activities to choose from, including archery, cooking, circus skills workshop and even a carousel to ride on.

My favourite thing about this camp was the crafts and I really enjoyed the evening activities and entertainment.

We did some glass engraving, and made a wooden coaster, and could engrave our names on it too. We had a visit to the ski centre in Ipswich and had great fun tobogganing down the slopes together, even though we fell off a few times!

I will never forget my last camp as a Guide and I am looking forward to being a Ranger or Young Leader.”

Welcome to September – unfortunately yes, season will end on Sunday 8th October. (How time flies). What a really good time we have enjoyed this year.

Some highlights – our Echoes Day, visits from American relatives and historians, the re-enactment groups, and from our local schools.

Of course, we must not forget your attendance and fantastic

continued support. Sunday for coffee and CAKE is still a priority! So far this season we have had nine groups of overseas followers, with another planned for February next year. Thank you for joining us.

From our Chairman:

Other groups also continue to enjoy the Museum facilities. The Bury Radio Club (BEARS) held a BBQ and Skyward members (although no longer flying from the airfield) had their evening, similarly a BBQ.

“A quick update on the past few weeks - visitor numbers are increasing thanks to the school holidays. Frequently we have seen over 70 through the gates, with little time to stop and talk, with it being so busy. Currently our figures show in excess of 1,800 visitors so far this year. Excellent and thank you to everyone who has been to see us. Work Party Wednesday continues with the grounds looking neat and tidy. Thank you especially to Jonathan for this and for your work on the Link Trainer, undergoing a long awaited clear up. The other special event is after this copy date but before our publication date! This is the 1940’s Tea Dance which is scheduled on the 27th August. A short report of this will be in the next edition of the magazine. Again, a very big thank you for all your continuing support.”

This is also our opportunity to mention our event in December. On Sunday December 10th (10.45 for 11.00) we will host our annual Departures Service. All are very welcome with light refreshment served after the service. Further information will follow shortly.

Thank you for reading and we hope to see you again next month, October. Please don’t forget, just 6 Sunday’s remaining for Coffee and CAKE!

See you again next month in October, here in The Directory.

Since we moved to Larkwood Lakes at West Stow 3 years ago, I have been wanting to build a wildlife hotel. For those of you unfamiliar with the term, a wildlife hotel is a safe hideaway for all kinds of insects, reptiles, and mammals built from garden waste and filled with vegetation, sticks, weed, pine cones, stones, bricks and any other bits and bobs you can find to provide a wide range of habitats for little creatures. A wildlife hotel can be as big or small as you like and it’s a great way to help increase biodiversity in your garden.

The inspiration to get on and do it came when a friend asked if she and her grandson, Max could help at the lakes. Instead of removing weed from the water or cutting ivy away from trees, I thought it would be a nice idea for them to help build a wildlife hotel, this would give something tangible for Max to leave behind as his own little legacy for the future.

A while ago I had to replace some rotten decking around our clubhouse and so had plenty of useful wood to build a frame for the wildlife hotel. I cut it to size and tranported it in a wheelbarrow to a suitable site near our veggie plot.

Max and Roz joined me one Sunday afternoon to put our project into action. It was all a bit rough and ready but over a couple of hours we put our hotel together. You can build your own hotel in whatever way you like but our method was to lay base struts on an old pallet, fill the gap between the struts with reeds, leaves, sticks, weed and stones, add a roof, then lay more struts on the roof and so on building it into a tower. It may not look great but to bugs and little creatures it’s the Ritz.

Christ Church MORETON

Dear Friends,

In August 1990 Jane and I, with our daughters Elizabeth and Rebecca, moved to Moreton Hall. There was no church building, just a handful of Christians worshipping in the old community centre which is no longer there. It used to be located where the play park on the Heldhaw Road football ground is today. I was appointed the first minister to Christ Church, Moreton Hall, which had begun in the community centre in 1983.

By God’s grace, and a lot of hard work by committed people, by Christmas Eve 1994 the first phase of Christ Church Moreton Hall was built. God blessed us mightily with finance, and the excellent work of Fenner’s Builders. By the summer of 1995 we had parish status. By 1999 we had built the extension hall. Since that time, we have trained curates and youth workers; we have seen literally hundreds of people coming to faith and hundreds more helped, healed, inspired, instructed and built up in their Christian faith.

It has been a truly joyous time for me, and my family and we have made many friends here. It has been an absolute privilege to serve the Moreton Hall community as it has grown. We now cover an area all the way from Sainsbury’s to the new Lark Rise Valley estate and beyond.

It has also been a great privilege to meet people round the town, who I first knew as children, bringing their own children to be baptised and in some cases married at our church. The only sadness has been to say goodbye through funeral services to many people who were loyal and devoted members of the church.

Sunday 15th October 2023 will be my last service here. But before that on Sunday 1st October we will be celebrating the 40th anniversary of the church.

I do hope you will be able to attend one, or both, of these events as it would mean so much to me as your parish priest to be able to say farewell in a fitting manner. We have much to celebrate, but most of all God’s faithfulness to us over the years and His unending love expressed through the death and resurrection of His Son, Jesus Christ.

With every good wish,

Moreton Hall WI

At our July Meeting Martin Fayers was our speaker. He gave us a brief introduction to Tai Chi and then had us all on our feet as we tried to follow some of the sequences for beginners.

It was a fun evening and we all appreciated how Tai Chi can help us retain balance and mobility as we get older.

In August we visited Fullers Mill Gardens and were very lucky with the weather. Despite rapidly darkening skies we were able to enjoy a gentle stroll round the gardens finishing with tea and cake before the heavens opened!

Our speaker at our September meeting will be Suze Bower who is a London tour guide.

We are a friendly group who meet on the first Wednesday of the month at Moreton Hall Community Centre at 7.30pm. If you would like to join us, please feel free to come along for a ‘taster’ session.

morning. There will be a ‘Make and Take’ craft activity, a bottle tombola and, of course, coffee and cake. If you have every wondered whether the WI has anything to offer you, now is the time to find out. See you there!

If you contact us first, we will look out for you. Alternatively, call in at the Moreton Hall Community Centre on Saturday 16th September between 10 –11.30am where you will receive a warm welcome.

It is WI Day, and we will be hosting a coffee

YOUR LOCAL CHURCH IN THE COMMUNITY CENTRE

Church v Football

The Women’s World Cup final was watched by over two billion people. But the time difference between Australia and the UK meant that the final was screened here at 11am. Which created a dilemma for some people: “Should I go to church or watch the World Cup Final?”

One lady suggested that we began our service at 9am, enabling us to finish before kick-off! Another wag suggested that we should have score updates on the screen throughout the service. And the chap who was down to lead proceedings on the morning of the final texted me saying: “I sense that at ten to eleven I will probably be taken ill and will have to leave church”. I ask you..?

Of course, it’s always tempting to bunk off church when something seemingly morefun crops up. Which perhaps explains why more British people go to football on a Sunday than go to church. And why football is sometimes described as ‘The New Religion’.

I love football, (especially Man City). but I do wonder if people are wise to let it become so important.

I recognise that what people get from watching a match may be similar to what you get from going to church. After all, at a football match people sing joyfully, experience a sense of belonging and leave feeling elated. But only if their team wins! Even the best football feelings don’t last long. However, what you receive from a church service can change your life, not just your Sunday. Because when you become a Christian, God transforms your heart, enabling you to experience a deep joy within you. A joy that’s like a pilot light that stays on, whether life’s going well or is overwhelming. And when

you become a member of church, you begin to feel that you’re surrounded by likeminded supporters not just once a week, but throughout the years. Apparently, most football fans pray during a penalty shootout. But Christians can pray about everything, every day, and often see some great results! We will have to wait another four years for the next Women’s World Cup final. But you don’t have to wait that long for the next service at Southgate Church. We meet every Sunday in the community centre. Why not give us a try? Our theme in the coming months is Great Expectations. You won’t need an over-priced ticket and our services rarely last 90 minutes.

LAMECK

Almost certainly you have never heard of him, but Southgate Church is mourning the death of Pastor Lameck Msamange in August at the relatively young age of 64.

Through a remarkable small charity based in Sussex – Faith in Action UK, Registered Charity No: 293961 - we have been supporting through gifts and visits this wonderful man for over 40 years in his ministry to some of the poorest people in the world in the African nations of Malawi and Mozambique.

Faith in Action has the mission to: empower people; reduce poverty; improve health and well-being through sustainable development; and ministering and providing Christian resources in local languages.

Lameck and his team of pastors supporting over 1000 churches have been the people to put this into practice. His humility and love of people will be sorely missed.

WE GIVE THANKS AND HONOUR TO GOD FOR THE LIFE OF LAMECK.

OUR HEARTS SHALL KEEP ON SINGING!

THE 19TH HOLE

Email: adamtrettpga@hotmail.co.uk Facebook: Adam Trett - ADT Golf Coaching

Welcome back to the 19th Hole, August has seen some amazing events both on the European and PGA tour. We have seen a new Fedex cup champion crowned but now we move into September, we have more great events to look forward to… the biggest of which is of course THE RYDER CUP!

RYDER CUP PREVIEW

The Ryder Cup is a biennial men's golf competition between teams from Europe and the United States. It is contested every two years with the venue alternating between courses in the United States and Europe.

As I write this both teams have not been confirmed. However, whoever earns their place on the teams or receives a captains pick will show up with only one result in mind.

COACHES CORNER – READY... STEADY…GO!!

This month we are looking at trigger movements and how they can help you commit to hitting better golf shots on the golf course.

These small movements or feelings can help you make a more committed and have smoother movements. They can also help if you find yourself stood over the ball for a long time, these will allow you to pull the trigger and hit the shot far sooner.

Look at the image of the golfer holding a bucket on the right. If this bucket was full of water

some of us would struggle to move this into a back swing position. However, with a small trigger movement forward this motion becomes easier and we would be able to move the bucket further and smoother.

This can be the same in your golf game, from putting to full swings a small movement or feeling that allows you to get your swing motion started a lot smoother. This could be a push of the hands, a bounce or movement of the club head whatever works for you to get your golf swing moving at the same point in your routine.

If you have never seen a Ryder Cup make sure you tune in and watch, it will be amazing whatever the result….

COME ON TEAM EUROPE!!

If you are struggling with this or any other aspect of your game, then I would be pleased to assist you in enjoying this great game more.
