InDesign Tips Changing Case and adding commas using InDesign Even if you submit your pages with HJeDesign, you can still do these steps if you have any version of InDesign on your computer 1. Copy the list into a blank page 2. Highlight the list and go to “TYPE” “CHANGE CASE” “TITLE CASE” 3. You should now have Title Caps not All Caps 4. Highlight the list again and go to “EDIT” “FIND/CHANGE” 5. In the “find what” box place the code for a return - this can be found in the @ sign to the right and is called “END OF PARAGRAPH” 6. In the “change to” box - type a comma and then a space by hitting the space bar 7. hit “change all” Last step If you are completely confused - call me and I can help:)
