Visual identities for The Royal Opera in Denmark the Opera of Lyon, the 200 years Anniversary for H.C. PACKAGING


This package design contains the most expensive smoked salmon for sale in the supermarkets in Denmark and the design dobbled the sale after launch. The producer then had to invest in more ovens.

After launching this package design, Butlers Choice experienced an 120% increase in sales the first month. The number never dropped, which is why, the fishermens on Læsø, joined forces and are now distributing their lobsters - by themeselves - in a more traditional package, and with less good results.

Restaurant Sult are situated in the House of Movies in Copenhagen. It seats more than 200 persons and are a natural meeting place before and after the movies. In danish, a movie ends with the word SLUT, which means The end. The word Sult is translated into hunger, which is the title of the famous movie of Jon Bang Carlsen, based on the novel of the same name, by Norwegian author Knut Hamsun. In that way a small logo for a restaurant, a word, arranged in the format of the 16:9 screen, can embrase the whole concept, as being a restaurant in a house that serves as a centre for the fine art of the cinema.
