a. Light the stove and place the container on it. b. Boil milk and store it aside.

c. Take water and boil it. d. Add tea powder and let it boil for 50 secs. e. Add sugar as per your taste f. Add cleaned and crushed ginger and let it boil for some time. g. Add warm milk and let it boil for 1 more minute.

h. Let the mixture boil. Stop the stove when you see a reddish tinge in the concoction. i. Store it in the refrigerator to get chilled.

j. Garnish it with mint leaves or lemon slice. k. Add the chai masala l. Strain it using tea strainer and serve it.
