WINTER COLLECTION 2012 / 2013 The most of Masters’ helmets are made in ABS. This material is used for its lighter and resistance in models like BUD, BLOW and OX. While, PC Thermo Technology is used for VIGOR and LIGERO. Polycarbonate, optimised for helmet applications, carries lightweight, toughness and flexibility even in cold conditions. All the inner shells are made in shockproof EPS with high density polystyrene and ventilation channels that guarantee a perfect fresh air circulation eliminating vapour and excessive heat. The range is equipped with a comfortable padding that offers an excellent fitting. Some models are also equipped with a removable and washable fabrics for a perfect hygiene and comfort. The utilized painting gives a long term stability and anti-scratch UV-beams resistance, eliminating the deterioration of the materials under the solar beams. Colour non Toxic. All our models are homologated CE EN 1077 and MADE IN ITALY.

La maggior parte dei caschi Masters sono realizzati in ABS. Questo materiale è usato per la sua leggerezza e resistenza nei modelli BUD, BLOW e OX. Mentre il PC (policarbonato) è usato per i modelli VIGOR e LIGERO. Il policarbonato risulta essere leggero, resistente e flessibile a qualsiasi temperatura. Tutte le calotte interne sono realizzate in polistirolo espanso EPS e presentano dei canali di ventilazione che garantiscono un ricircolo dell’aria eliminando la condensa o l’eccessivo calore. La linea è dotata di un rivestimento confortevole, per una perfetta calzata. Alcuni modelli presentano, inoltre, dei rivestimenti removibili e lavabili. Le vernici utilizzate sono anti graffio, resistenti ai raggi del sole e durevoli nel tempo, assolutamente non tossiche. Tutta la collezione è omologata secondo la normativa CE EN 1077 e PRODOTTA ESCLUSIVAMENTE IN ITALIA.

All our helmets are homologated CE EN 1077 and certificated by FISI. The CE EN 1077 certification requires the protection of the vital points of the head. Our helmets have been submitted to destroying tests and have obtained the maximum shock absorbing values and highest penetration resistance.

GOGGLE RETENTION

All models are equipped with lens 100% UV-A/B/C protection, safeguarding the eyes against harmful ultraviolet radiations. DOUBLE LENS (not for Flash junior model) are a combination of an acetate (inner) lens coupled to a second polycarbonate (external) lens with an air pocket (thickness 2,5mm) in between. This system works as an Anti-Fog thermal barrier between the external cool air which can’t come in contact with the warm air inside the goggle. All lens are Anti-Scratch. The POLARIZED LENS FILTERS randomly reflect light, reducing reflections. Vision becomes crystal clear and objects are much quicker to identify. This system allows the skier to easily see changing textures on snow and ice. CYLINDRICAL LENS realized with a 0,75 mm constant thickness for a maximum visual protection. All models are equipped with a DOUBLE or TRIPLE (like PREMISE and HIGH PRODIGY) SOFT-FOAM, cut in a single piece applied to the frame. The foam is doubled-up by thermoformed to a layer of velvet. This solution has been developed for the comfort of the skiers. THERMO POLYURETHANE FRAME (TPU), differently from PVC, remains softer at any temperature. MADE IN ITALY. Una doppia lente (tranne per il modello Flash da bambino) è composta da una interna in acetato e una seconda esterna in policarbonato, con una tasca d’aria tra le due (spessore di 2,5 mm). Questo sistema evita l’appannamento e funziona come barriera termica, evitando così la condensa dovuta al contrasto tra la temperatura interna alla maschera e quella esterna. Tutte le lenti sono anti graffio. Lo speciale sistema di lenti polarizzate permette una più uniforme distribuzione della luce, evitando ogni riflesso, per una visuale più nitida e veloce degli oggetti. Questo permette allo sciatore di riconoscere più facilmente ogni cambiamento di superficie anche su neve e ghiaccio. Lenti cilindriche con uno spessore costante di 0,75 mm per una protezione ottimale della visuale. Tutta la collezione è dotata di morbido pile in due o tre strati (come PREMISE o HIGH PRODIGY), realizzati in un unico taglio, evitando colle e cuciture a contatto con la pelle del viso. La struttura delle nostre maschere è realizzata in poliuCylindrical lens with a 0,75 mm constant thickness. retano (TPU) che diversamente dal PVC resta morbido a qualsiasi temperatura.
