WELCOME We are so excited to welcome you to the City of Mountain View Teen Wellness Retreat! School, extracurricular activities, and part-time jobs can keep us pretty busy, and more often than not, self-care tends to be pushed to the back burner. On Saturday, November 13, you’ll retreat from the rigors of life to engage in an event that empowers you to thrive in your everyday life. Choose your own path during the retreat with our action-packed agenda incorporating guest speakers, life skills classes, recreational activities, self-care workshops, and more. You will leave inspired (and ready to inspire) with new and fun tools to navigate the crossroads of spirit, mind, and body. This is an all-inclusive event that includes lunch, snacks, and a boba station! Please take the time to read through the workshop descriptions to choose the workshops that best fit your interests and needs - there is something for everyone! Each workshop has limited space. When you register, you will select your top choices for each session. We would like to thank all of the community organizations and businesses that have volunteered their time and talents to help make this event a success.
