Athletics
The Mount Aloysius College Athletic Department strives to provide beneficial and meaningful athletic opportunities for the students of the College.
It is a departmental goal to complement and supplement the total educational experience of every studentathlete, encourage individual excellence and the esteem that follows, and provide a forum that promotes the development of sportsmanship, leadership, and a healthy lifestyle.
Through spirited and enthusiastic involvement in athletic, intramural, or recreational sport activity, our students will grow as individuals, and represent the College with the highest degree of integrity.

Mount Aloysius College went above and beyond in creating a varsity athletics esports program. Our gaming lounge has the ability to provide a highly competitive and fun experience for new and current students to excel in the world of Collegiate esports.

Intramurals
Every Sunday evening, we offer a wide range of intramural activities to students for enjoyment, physical fitness, and emotional health. Intramural activities can include flag football, basketball, indoor soccer, volleyball, dodgeball, softball, ping-pong, bowling, futsol, cornhole, and billiards. If interested in any of these, please contact Residence Life at ResidenceLife@mtaloy.edu.
Fitness Programs
At MAC, we believe in the holistic student and desire to provide students with opportunities to improve their physical fitness. Student Activities is excited to host fitness classes including yoga, Zumba, and indoor cycling. All fitness levels are welcome to participate in any of these free offerings.
Fitness classes may vary each academic year depending on certified instructor availability.
The northwest corner of the ACWC features the Wellness Center open to all commuters and on-campus students. With an emphasis on strength training and conditioning, the Wellness Center includes cardiovascular equipment (36 pieces of equipment), circuit training (14 stations), strength training, free weights, and a functional area for stretching and core exercise.
