Site Clearance Site clearance is an important part of many construction and demolition projects. It involves removing machinery and hazardous substances from a site, as well as levelling and preparing land for any planned construction or landscaping.

Demolition Work We use the latest equipment and techniques, train our teams to an extremely high level of ability and professionalism, and have extensive experience that comes from many years of designing and managing demolition projects of varying sizes and levels of complexity.

Commercial buildings We take great care to ensure maximum efficiency with minimal disruption to the surrounding industrial premises. Only the best equipment and practices are used to ensure industrial structures are demolished correctly.

Residential buildings We combine our technical knowledge, practical experience and extensive resources to deliver project completion on time and within budget.

Building Dismantling Dismantling is often used so a structure can be rebuilt elsewhere, however in some cases this is done because it is the safest option. A combination of dismantling and demolition is often beneficial as it permits the recovery of assets, enabling assets to be recycled, re-used or sold on. We can provide a full demolition or dismantling service, for any project from small residential areas, industrial factories, educational facilities, bridges and city centre properties both in the public and private sectors.

Welfare Van In the current covid climate, our welfare van has proved a valuable addition to the company. Table and chairs with hot running water act as a temporary canteen when on site and the toilet reassures domestic clients that we will never have to use their facilities. Together, it allows our team to maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the job.

Asbestos Removal Asbestos as we all know is a hazardous substance. A substance that has to be handled with the upmost care and in line with strict government guidlines. Whether dealing with commercial or domestic projects, you can be assured that all removal works will adhere to current health and safety standards. We work hard to minimise disruption even in the most challenging environments and all our work is carried out to the highest standard.

Asbestos removal

is a heavily regulated industry governed by the HSE

In the 20th century, asbestos was used extensively as a building material in both domestic and commercial projects. Many thousands of tonnes are still hidden in existing stuctures which needs to removed swiftly, effectively and most importantly, safely. If you are responsible for the demolition of a house, residential block of flats garages, factory or commercial property it is important that you are aware of your obligations under Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. Blue and brown asbestos materials were banned in 1985 with white asbestos Chrysotile) outlawed in 1999. Asbestos removal is a heavily regulated industry governed by the HSE. Any asbestos disturbance or removal must be undertaken by a licensed contractor and documented through every step of the process from works set up, to removal, transportation and disposal.
