We would like to offer you a special invitation to our year-round, multi-faceted MVMA sponsorship program called Partners for Progress. The program runs August through July each year.
Our current Partners have found the program gives them great flexibility and efficiency in reaching our over 1,700 veterinarian members, and that they are able to find several places in their budgets that components of this program fit nicely.
The sponsorship can be spread across representatives, territories, and products. By splitting the cost and component benefits of a year-round, multi-faceted MVMA sponsorship, Hill’s Pet Nutrition can work toward many product-specific goals while getting high-quality recognition as an elite sponsor. We developed this sponsorship after conferring with company representatives in past years that thought this program would offer the flexibility our industry friends need. I would like to invite you to take part in this exciting opportunity.
The MVMA Partners for Progress sponsor amount is $5,275 ($6,675 with 4 full-page full-color ads in the “Missouri Veterinary Quarterly”). With this amount, Hill’s Pet Nutrition will receive the many benefits outlined in the following pages.
The 2025 convention falls within this sponsorship period. Flexible billing can be arranged.
In addition, you have the flexibility to determine which benefits of this sponsorship you wish to use among your various products, representatives and territory budgets. As you are probably aware, the tangible benefits listed are worth well more than the sponsorship cost. The intangible benefits of recognition and privileges further enhance that value.
Please contact me if you have any questions. I look forward to your consideration of this partnership.

News Briefs
Addison Biological Laboratory, Inc. is pleased to announce an additional package size for our MAXI/GUARD® Oral Cleansing Wipes! In addition to the current jar of 100 wipes, we will now offer the product in a foil pouch containing 10 oral wipes; MAXI/ GUARD® Oral Cleansing Wipes, 10 pack. Our market research has found that many veterinary clinics are already repackaging MAXI/GUARD® Oral Wipes from the 100-count jar into smaller Ziplock packages. We have had a consistent and strong demand from veterinarians for a professionally packaged “sample size”. The new 10 packs can be positioned as a free sample to stimulate further sales of the 100 count jars and as a less expensive retail offering.

New USP guidelines are here! It’s time to Switch to a 503B like Epicur Pharma! As of 11/1, new USP guidelines are limiting beyond-use dates on drugs compounded at all 503A compounding pharmacies. These requirements do not apply to 503B outsourcing facilities like Epicur Pharma. Instead they use longer/proven expiration dates validated by the current Good Manufacturing Practice regulations enforced by the FDA and will continue to have an expiration date of up to 365 days. Axiota Animal Health. Trace minerals are an essential element of the body’s immune system. With weaning time, many producers will be giving vaccines to help protect against disease. In order for cattle to develop immunity after receiving these vaccines, the body requires proper energy, protein, and trace minerals. Unlike oral drenches, injectable trace minerals are able to reach peak quantities in the blood stream within 8-10 hours after injection assuring that the animal has the proper trace minerals for the body to produce antibodies against the antigens found in the vaccine. This spring make sure to add Multimin® 90, an injectable source of zinc, copper, manganese and selenium, to your protocol to get the most out of your vaccines. From Craig J.
