So if you buy a 2002 KX125 or KX250 by Dec. 31st, 2001 you're way ahead, For 2002, both the KX125 and 250 have been further refined with changes to the engines to increase power and revised suspension to dial in the ride.
Also the KX85 returns after an incredible debut year in 2001 where is won it’s share of amateur championships and was named Best Mini-Motocrosser by Motocross Action magazine. This mighty motocrosser is the answer to championship dreams. Followed by the mid-sized KX100 which incorporates many of the KX85 improvements. They will definitely be front runners on the amateur scene. The mightiest of minis is the full-featured KX65 for those who want to eventually make the transition to the bigger minis. It has revisions to the frame and suspension for improved performance. Having the KX60, KX65, KX85, and KX100 to choose from, the future stars of the sport can graduate to each level as they develop their skills and ambitions.
The big-bore KX500, nine-time winner of the famed Baja 1000 and choice of bike for champion Team Green® riders Destry Abbot and Brian Brown, continues its reign as the king of the open-class motocross bikes. Its reputation for class leading performance has made it a legend in its own time, but check it out for your-

Off Road Riding Less Racing Competition = – By Larry Hess Off road riding can be fun even when you're not racing. Off road cycles and ATV's are becoming one of this country's fastest growing leisure activities. There are literally millions of off road riders and many don't race competively. (the competition comes by racing down a tree lined, rock covered trail as fast as possible.) Unfortunately there are few places in the country where this can be done. We are fortunate to have such a place just north of Harrisburg at the Tower City/Tremont exit of Interstate 81. Tower City Trail Riders, Inc. offer 5000+ acres and hundreds of miles of trails for your riding enjoyment. Late in 1997 the popular riding area know as "Tower City" was closed by the owner due to vandalism and total disrespect for the property. All appeared lost until several concerned riders refused to give up, and contacted the owner. Out of the fruits of their labor, the Tower City Trail Riders were formed. In their first year with the owner's dedication and cooperation, they accomplished the feat of converting an area off limits to all, into a Family Oriented off-road paradise!! In their second year they added 2 MX tracks and several new trails, as well as sanitary facilities. In September of 2000, the club was relocated to a new area off of Bear Valley Road. New roads were built, a new camping area was opened, and new trails were marked and mapped. A "kids trail" and a "kids track" has been constructed to help young riders learn and enjoy the sport in a controlled area. The future looks bright with the continuing hard work of all the volunteer staff and member support. A club membership is needed to ride at TCTRI. The annual fee is $175.00 per family or individual. You may also bring a guest for $20.00/day, but they need to be with a member at all times. No matter what skill level you are, two or four wheel, you'll find just what you're looking for at TCTRI. Primitive campsites are also available. The organization works hard to make this a safe, fun family oriented off road haven for your riding pleasure.

An Intake Valve the Size of Your Fist Delivers Air with the Power of a Tornado To maximize airflow and release the hidden power in your race nike, replace your stock intake valve with a Boyesen RAD Valve. Integrated into the seamless, tenzalloy chamber is a quadrant of aerodynamic directional dividers. This patented, dyno-proven system power channels the charge evenly for instant, explosive movements of air at velocities of up to 500 MPH. Intelligently controlled by a set of Pro Series Reeds, you’ll get maximum flow velocity across the entire RPM range, and at all throttle settings. Each Boyesen RAD Valve is unique — tailor-made to a single model, year and displacement. While other aftermarker valves might change flange sizes or bolt patterns, they’re basically generic — and require you to irreversibly cut your intake boot to install! But with the RAD Valve, there are no compromises in power, no modifications needed. A true, bolt-on power boost: no kidding, no cutting.
