Quirky and cosy catch of the day This 1960s ‘beach shack’ has City Beach mansion potential, writes JANE EVANS IT will be bittersweet for selling agent Christopher Dee when this City Beach property goes under the hammer next month – his dad built the Boscombe Avenue home for the Dee family in 1964.
