However, LJ Hooker real estate agents have conducted several inhouse auctions this year to help educate the market and increase confidence in this selling method. The latest event in the campaign – the Spring AuctionFest – will kick off tomorrow at the Retro Chef Function Centre in Bibra Lake. Another will be held on October 28 at the Tradewinds Hotel, East Fremantle.
