South Beach buyers prepare for hot Summer NEWS
BOUTIQUE property developer Match has officially launched sales of its South Beach apartment building Summer. The property has already created quite a stir. The Green Building Council of Australia recently honoured the building as Australia’s first “best practice” rating for multi-unit residential projects, setting it as a benchmark for other developments around the country. The widely-acclaimed design resulted in the sale of 20 per cent of the apartments purely by word of mouth.
