By TANYA MACNAUGHTON REAL estate project managers Terranovis are poised to release the third stage of their popular Riverbank estate in Southern River. Sales representative Matt Scofield said the first and second stages of Riverbank had been snapped up. “We found that stages one and two of Riverbank sold really well and at this point there are just a handful of lots left,” Mr Scofield said. “I’d advise anyone who doesn’t want to wait for the stage three release to get in soon and check out what’s still available.” However, Mr Scofield said stage three of the estate would be made up of largersize lots that would suit family lifestyles. “Stage three will be made up of around 50 lots with an average size of 517sq m, so they suit the larger, four-bedroom, two-
