With Perth property sellers divided on auctions, those who do choose to sell their home via auction need to know that an auction is not a ‘quick sell method’, it’s simply a way to gauge interest and find out the market value of their property. RWR Real Estate licensee Mark Robinson said there were many reasons that someone should choose to auction their property rather than put it straight on to the market. “I wouldn’t recommend auctions to everyone, but everyone should consider it,’’ he said. “However, it’s best suited to sellers who want a definite sale, are moving or are tight on money and need to know they’ll be out of the home within three months. “An auction is a method of selling which

AUSTRALAND’S latest Omeo land release in Port Coogee enables buyers to secure land less than 150m from the water’s edge for as little as $550,000.
