5. Shape each small dough piece into a ball shape . Then cover with cling wrap and let rest for 15 minutes 6. Knead each ball and roll it into around 10cm circle shape 7. Use the shaped dough to wrap the red bean paste ball inside 8. Repeat and complete for all 10 balls 9. Put in steamer and leave for an hour to rise 10. After dough has risen and buns have enlarged. Steam over boiling water for 10 minutes. Now yummy buns are ready!
