STAGE 1: egg
The first stage of the honeybee's life cycle is wen it is a baby bee. The worker bees take care of their babies they are usally female.But the only bee that can mate is the queen.After the male dies the queen sells off.But the worker bees are not thair parents the Queen is.Most life cycles are not like this.

STAGE 2: Larva
The newly hatched honey bee larva is white and shaped like a peace of rice.As its body becomes larger the honey bee will shed its outer skin.After sheding 4 times a larva spin's a cacoun.

Stage 3: Pupa In the pupa stage the tiny organism hiding under the capping of the honeycomb starts to look like en adult bee. Its legs eyes and wings develop. The little hairs cover its body growth. This stage lasts about 7 to 14 days depending on the type.

Stage 4: Adult Now the bee becomes an adult. The honeybee chews its way out of the cell. The queen bee has died. The queen bees live for 5 years. The workers in the summer only live for 40 days then the drones hatch. The only purpouse of drone bees is to mate with the queen.
