STAGE ONE EGG Momma frogs lay about 20,000,000 eggs! Baby frogs (Also known as eggs) Start after the mom lays eggs. The eggs are covered in jellies so they don’t get cold or be eaten. Leachs, Newts, And turtles are a threat to frog eggs. Then after the egg (An anphiboins stage where it starts as a baby) stage they turn into embryo ( Its An animal in an early stage that are marked by clevlege.) in about a few weeks. It takes about 6-21 days to hatch!

SECOND STAGE TADPOLE The second stage is the Tadpole Once a frog egg hatches it will turn into a tadpole( A tadpole is a baby frog after the egg stage). The tadpole does not have lungs like it’s mother. Tadpoles have gills( Gills are a type of lung that water animals use to breath underwater) Tadpoles don’t have legs like their mother does either! Tadpoles have tails( A tail is something long that's attached to the animals body) A tadpole takes months to grow even years!

THE THIRD STAGE FROGLET The third stage is a froglet. A tadpole after a few months(Month is a few weeks until the next month) or years(Years is something after 12 months) a tadpole will grow into a froglet. Once a froglet grows legs there is one thing missing it only has two not four like it’s mother. The froglet with two legs will lose it’s tail in a few weeks after growing 2 legs. The two legs won’t be useful as the froglets have to live underwater until they grow their lungs.

THE FOURTH STAGE YOUNG FROG The fourth stage is a young frog. Now the Young frog f finally have four legs like their momma frog. young frogs with four legs still have their Tail. young frogs now have lungs( Lungs are something that humans use to breath and some reptiles. These baby amphibians can now jump a little bit higher than they use too

LAST STAGE FROG The Young frogs have now grown into momma/dadda frogs The Young frogs no longer have their tail anymore. Now the frog can live on both water and land. The young frogs grow long tongues so they can catch their food. The young frogs don’t stick around with their momma that much since they grew up.

Frogs are CARNIVORES( Carnivores are animals that eat meat)Frogs eat other animals, Bugs, They also eat birds, Mice, Some eat other AMPHIBIANS( Amphibians are animals like Salamanders, Lizards, and frogs)
Where Does a Frog live Frogs like to stay where it’s damp so they can keep their skin moist. They also live in logs. Wet leaves Underground and they come out when it’s raining.
