Caleb Stetzner leads MSUB’s men’s golf team on Day 1 of the WNMU Invite, with rounds of even-par 72 and 2-over-par 74 at Palm Valley Golf Club. GOODYEAR, Ariz. – Caleb Stetzner put together a pair of strong rounds on a gusty Monday afternoon at Palm Valley Golf Club, leading the Montana State university Billings men’s golf team on Day 1 of the Western New Mexico University Invitational. The freshman is currently tied for 37th place, after shooting even-par 72 in Round 1 and following with a 2-over-par 74 for a two-round score of 146 at the par-72, 7,015-yard course layout. The Yellowjackets are in 15th place as a team among the field of 20, after posting team rounds of 297 and 295 for a total of 592. “This tournament provides great competition, as all of the teams are Division II and most are from southern climates,” said MSUB head coach Kevin Woodin. “I was pleased with our first round, and we started fast.
