MSUB’s women’s soccer team will hold a boys and girls overnight camp, as well as its Little Yellowjacket Summer Academy this summer, and registration is open now for both events. BILLINGS, Mont. – Registration is now open for Montana State University Billings’ women’s soccer team’s summer camps, which will run in June and August for youth players. MSUB’s boys and girls overnight camp is scheduled for June 20-23 and is open to boys and girls entering grades 4 through 12 with a limit of 100 campers. The cost to register for resident campers is $375 ($390 after June 14) and for commuter campers it is $290 ($305 after June 14). A group discount is available with 10 percent off of the normal price if eight or more players register together. The overnight camp will include meals in MSUB’s dining hall, and resident campers will lodge in the residence halls on MSUB’s main campus. Commuter campers will receive lunch and dinner, while resident campers will receive three meals each day. All campers will receive a soccer ball and t-shirt, and a special trip to the Reef Indoor Water Park is included as well.
The Little Yellowjacket Summer Academcy is for boys and girls ages 4 to 12 and will run Aug. 1-5. Sessions will run from 9-10 a.m. all days, and the total cost of the camp is $60 per player. Campers should bring their own soccer ball, cleats, shin guards, and water bottles, and will receive a free MSUB t-shirt. Both camps take place at Yellowjacket Field in Billings, with expert instruction from MSUB’s coaching staff and players provided.
